How do I create a new Webinar page?

  1. On the right side of the screen, click the "plus" sign next to "Pages and Files"
  2. Name the page. You should use the format Webinar xxx where xxx is the number of the Webinar.
  3. Choose the "New Webinar" Template
  4. Click OK.
  5. Thank you!

How do I add a Webinar recording to a page?

  1. Select Widget, then Video, then Other Video
  2. Copy the code below and paste it into the empty text box:
    <embed autoplay="false" autostart=0
    src="http://somesite.com/somepath/somevideo.wmv" >
  3. Between the quotes, paste the link to the Webinar recording. To get this link, go to the ClarionLive! website, locate the webinar, right-click on the link, and choose "Copy Link".

I noticed the Table of Contents is not being updated when I add a Webinar to the Webinar List. What am I missing?

The Webinar Link needs to be made into a heading. The Table Of Contents will display anything marked as a heading.
  1. Edit the page
  2. Highlight the Webinar Link
  3. Using the drop-down at the top left, change from "Normal" to "Heading 4"
